Acceptances are now open for the 2025 Graduation Ceremonies!

Don’t miss your chance to celebrate your achievements. Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to confirm your attendance as soon as possible!

Last Day to Confirm Attendance: Friday, 24 October 2025

Late Acceptance Period (with a $50 fee): Until Saturday, 1 November 2025 (if spaces remain available)

How to Confirm Your Attendance:
Please visit MyInfo to select one of the following options:

1. Attend the Graduation Ceremony (includes regalia purchase)
2. Defer your Graduation and attend the next round of ceremonies
3. Do Not Attend the ceremony

Important Notes:

• Your attendance is only confirmed once payment of the ceremony fee has been made.
• If you confirm attendance after Friday, 24 October, a $50 late fee will apply, and your name may not appear in the ceremony program. Late confirmations will be accepted only until November 1st, 2025, if space is still available.
• If you have outstanding fees, you will not be able to confirm your attendance until these are resolved.

Ceremony Fee Includes:

• Regalia purchase
• Admission for you and two guests
• Light refreshments for you and your guests

Additional guest tickets may be available for purchase in the week before the ceremony, subject to availability.

Accessibility Requirements:
If you or your guests have any accessibility needs, please contact Completion and Graduations at least two weeks before the ceremony. Advanced notice is necessary to accommodate certain accessibility requests.
