She holds extensive teaching, research, training, and program management experience across the UAE. Dr Leena actively contributes to case study development for the UK case study centre and has published research work internationally. Her research interests encompass Reverse Supply Chain, Green and Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Consumer Behavioural aspects in Supply Chain Management, International Business, and Strategic Management.
Dr Leena brings 17 years of corporate experience working with renowned multinational companies, including John Deere Inc, DHL Danzas, Garware Technical Fibres, and Cipla Health Limited. Her expertise lies in the areas of Supply Chain Management and International Marketing. As an educator, she teaches various subjects, including Global Management, International Business, Sustainability, Business and Society, and Strategic Management for undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
