A bachelor's degree in business marketing can prepare you for a career as a marketer, where you'll be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies. BIOGRAPHY

Leena holds a PhD degree from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun in Supply Chain Management. She holds PG Diploma in International Business from Symbiosis University, Pune, and an MBA in Marketing from University of Ajmer. She has over 10 years of teaching, research, training, and program management experience across the UAE. She is actively involved in developing case studies for UK case study centre and publishing research work internationally. 

She also has 17 years of corporate experience working with multinationals like John Deere Inc, DHL Danzas, Garware Technical Fibres and Cipla Health Limited in Supply Chain Management and International Marketing. 

She teaches across areas spanning Global Management, International Business, Sustainability, Business and Society and Strategic management for UG and PG Programs. Her other learning and teaching interests includes Supply Chain Management and Operations Management. Her research interests are in the areas of Reverse Supply chain, Green and Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Consumer Behavioural aspects in Supply chain Management, International Business, Emerging Technologies in Supply chain and Strategic Management.

Ms. Vidhi Agarwal holds a Masters in Commerce; Masters in Law, a Diploma in Business Management from India, PGCertHE Middlesex University, Dubai and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from S.P.Jain School of Global Management, Dubai. Ashok Mitra is a postgraduate in Business Administration, with specialisation in Marketing Management. He was the batch topper from the Institute of Business Management of Jadavpur University (JU), Calcutta. Ashok has done his graduation in Engineering with Honours, also from JU.

Ashok is a member of IRSSM MEA and works closely with Dr Jay Kandampully, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Service Management

She has been teaching, as Full time and Part time faculty in private international universities in Dubai and Sharjah since 2010. 

She has worked as the Academic Coordinator for the Bachelor of Business Administration program in India for 8 years and has hands-on experience in curriculum development and handling teaching and administration responsibilities.

During her career, she has published research papers in the areas of organizational behavior and human resource management in journals and conferences. Her research areas lie in the interests of employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and higher education. She has taught courses such as organizational behavior, organizational development, change management, human resource development, consumer behavior, services marketing, international business, research methods, and general management.
