The Master of Business Administration Online Degree is the most common type of MBA program, and it offers a range of benefits. Course structure

The Murdoch MBA degree consists of two management competence modules and four flagship units. Each of the four flagship courses offered in MBA, which are centred on business context, leadership, and strategy, is worth six credit points. The business competences, which are each worth three credit points, give managers the critical financial and accounting skills they need to improve critical decision-making.

Leena holds a PhD degree from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun in Supply Chain Management. She holds PG Diploma in International Business from Symbiosis University, Pune, and an MBA in Marketing from University of Ajmer. She has over 10 years of teaching, research, training, and program management experience across the UAE. She is actively involved in developing case studies for UK case study centre and publishing research work internationally. 

She also has 17 years of corporate experience working with multinationals like John Deere Inc, DHL Danzas, Garware Technical Fibres and Cipla Health Limited in Supply Chain Management and International Marketing. 

She teaches across areas spanning Global Management, International Business, Sustainability, Business and Society and Strategic management for UG and PG Programs. Her other learning and teaching interests includes Supply Chain Management and Operations Management. Her research interests are in the areas of Reverse Supply chain, Green and Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Consumer Behavioural aspects in Supply chain Management, International Business, Emerging Technologies in Supply chain and Strategic Management.
