Leena holds a PhD degree from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun in Supply Chain Management. She holds PG Diploma in International Business from Symbiosis University, Pune, and an MBA in Marketing from University of Ajmer. She has over 10 years of teaching, research, training, and program management experience across the UAE. She is actively involved in developing case studies for UK case study centre and publishing research work internationally. 

She also has 17 years of corporate experience working with multinationals like John Deere Inc, DHL Danzas, Garware Technical Fibres and Cipla Health Limited in Supply Chain Management and International Marketing. 

She teaches across areas spanning Global Management, International Business, Sustainability, Business and Society and Strategic management for UG and PG Programs. Her other learning and teaching interests includes Supply Chain Management and Operations Management.
