Murdoch University Dubai’s Careers & Employability Support Advisor, Ms Aidai Zhakshylykova, brings over 10 years of experience across higher education, career services and counselling, student recruitment, and employer engagement.

Her expertise spans personalised career guidance, employability strategy, student development, and employer-facing initiatives, supporting students and graduates as they transition from university into internships, graduate roles, and long-term professional careers across a wide range of industries.

In her current role, Aidai supports students through one-to-one and group career consultations, CV, cover letter, portfolio and LinkedIn profile development, interview preparation and mock interviews, as well as internship and job search strategies. She also delivers career workshops, networking opportunities, industry visits, and employer engagement activities, and provides insights into the Dubai job market and employer expectations. Aidai works closely with students to develop career strategies aligned with their chosen course, including Psychology, Business, and related fields.
