Murdoch University Dubai’s Partnerships and Employability Support Advisor,  Uzma Shaheen, is an accomplished HR leader with over 20 years of international and UAE-based experience across sectors including healthcare, education, government, oil & gas, and philanthropy.

Her expertise spans leadership development, strategic HR, organisational development, business partnerships, and the management of operational HR services and programmes.

In her current role, Uzma supports career readiness and employer engagement initiatives at Murdoch University Dubai. She also serves as a faculty member at various universities and regularly delivers executive training and strategic facilitation sessions.

Uzma holds a Master’s in Information Systems (HR Applications) from the University of Toronto and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Human Resource Development at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
