Ms. Vidhi Agarwal holds a Masters in Commerce; Masters in Law, a Diploma in Business Management from India, PGCertHE Middlesex University, Dubai and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from S.P.Jain School of Global Management, Dubai. She is a member of Fellow of The Higher Education Academy (UK).
Ms. Agarwal teaches undergraduate Units at various Universities in Dubai, and covers mainly subjects related to Law, Economics and Business Management. This includes – Ethics; Business/ Corporate/ Commercial and Company Law; Trade Secrets and Technology Transfer; and CSR and Sustainability.
Ayesha holds a Bachelor’s and B.ED degree from the University of Karachi. She completed her Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Karachi securing first position in her class. She also secured CELTA qualifications from University of Cambridge.
She holds over ten years of teaching experience in Banking and Finance. Ayesha’s teaching and learning interest cover economic theory, international economics, Islamic banking, and Islamic economics.

With close to 40 years of experience in the Finance & Accounting sector in highly reputed companies across India, Oman and UAE, Mr. Amit Kapoor is a seasoned professional in the Finance & Management field. His last job was with a leading multinational IT company where he held the position of a CFO covering the MEA region.
Mr. Kapoor is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and have spent the past 30 years here in Dubai – his growth is linked to the extraordinary growth that UAE and especially the city of Dubai has witnessed.
Mr. Kapoor is currently on the panel of all the reputed Universities in UAE and is taking classes both at the Undergraduate and Post Graduate level.

He has worked in major global agencies including, DDB, JWT, Saatchi & Saatchi and Lowe and has been in Dubai for over 20 years. In his last corporate stint, Amit lead strategic & communication planning at DDB across the MENA region for several key clients, helping develop Effie-winning work for Lipton, Quaker & Clorox
Since Jan 2020, Amit has been working as an Adjunct Lecturer with Murdoch, teaching units in Marketing to undergraduate students.

Ashok Mitra is a postgraduate in Business Administration, with specialisation in Marketing Management. He was the batch topper from the Institute of Business Management of Jadavpur University (JU), Calcutta. Ashok has done his graduation in Engineering with Honours, also from JU.

Sulaksha Nayak holds a Masters's in Business Administration with dual specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK. She is an experienced lecturer with more than 20 years of teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in UAE and India. She has been teaching, as Full time and Part time faculty in private international universities in Dubai and Sharjah since 2010.
She has worked as the Academic Coordinator for the Bachelor of Business Administration program in India for 8 years and has hands-on experience in curriculum development and handling teaching and administration responsibilities.
During her career, she has published research papers in the areas of organizational behavior and human resource management in journals and conferences. Her research areas lie in the interests of employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and higher education. She has taught courses such as organizational behavior, organizational development, change management, human resource development, consumer behavior, services marketing, international business, research methods, and general management.
She joined Murdoch University Dubai in 2015 and has been teaching undergraduate students in the Business program and the Foundation program
Noor Jamal Alkhateeb Ph.D. student at United Arab Emirates University received her M.Sc. Degree in Software Engineering from Damascus University in 2018 and a B.Sc in Information System Engineering from Syrian Virtual University in 2014. She is currently working as a full-time lecturer in Computer Science at Murdoch University. She was an instructor in Computer Science and Software Engineering at the United Arab Emirates University. She worked as a full-time teaching and Research Assistant at Damascus University and Syrian Virtual University. She worked as an IT Manager at Syrian Telecom. She also worked as an IT Manager in different educational companies in UAE. Her research interests are in Deep Learning, Bio-informatics, and Reverse Engineering.
Ayesha Anzer is a lecturer at Murdoch University in the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems. She received her M.Sc. degree in Information Technology from Abu Dhabi University, Abu Dhabi, UAE and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University, Dubai, UAE. Among her research interests are security, machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning, ad hoc networks, and healthcare.

Ranjit holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Lovely Professional University, India and Graduate Certificate in Education (International Education) from Murdoch University. She teaches at both Foundation and Undergraduate Levels and her teaching and learning interests cover Information Systems, Programming Languages, Web Development, Discrete Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence. Ranjit’s research interests are Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Expert Systems and Fuzzy Inference Systems.
Ms Saima Tariq Khan holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Systems Engineering and an MSc Informatics degree in Computational Linguistics. Her research interests include Natural Language Processing and Robotics.
Having been a Google Scholarship Winner to attend the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing Conference (organised by the Anita Borg Institute) she subsequently served as a member of the screening committee for applicants to the Conference.
Ms. Khan has extensive tertiary level teaching experience within the UAE where she has also grown up.
She is an active supporter and member of the Courtyard Playhouse theatre, sings regularly with Dubai City Sound and has freelanced with the print media in the UAE over several decades.
Ahmad Essayed - Computer Science, Cyber Security, and Digital Forensics Lecturer
Ahmad is our Computer Science lecturer specialized in Cyber Security and Digital forensics. He has over 17 years of experience teaching and consulting in the field.
Ahmad has a Bachelor of Engineering, a Bachelor of Laws, an MBA from the University of London with a dissertation in Cyber Risk Management and currently doing a concurrent master’s and PhD degrees in Cyber Security and Cyber Crime at Harvard University.
He is an Associate Fellow to the Higher Education Academy in the UK and a Certified Harvard CS50 (Computer Science) Educator among many other certifications in Cyber Security and teaching from Microsoft, CompTIA, ISACA, ISC2, SANS, EC-Council, and OffSec.
In addition to teaching and research, Ahmad is running his own Cyber Security consulting company which he founded 10 years ago at Dubai Silicon Oasis. He and his team are providing corporate training, technology consulting, cyber security analysis, penetration testing and ethical hacking, cyber governance, risk, and compliance management, and cyber-crime legal counseling.
In his spare time, Ahmad is also a Private Pilot, Flight Instructor, and Skydiver.
Dr Hale Babadogan Kaya was born in Eskisehir, Turkey. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology, M.S. in Urban Policy Planning and Local Governments, and B.S. in Sociology from the Middle East Technical University (Ankara, Turkey).
Dr. Kaya teaches at the undergraduate level, currently covering Crime Prevention and Policing. Her research interests mainly include the sociology of fine arts, philosophy of art, social, cultural, and everyday life of the Ottoman society, Turkey’s modernization process, performing arts – shadow theatre, urbanization, sociology of crime, deviance, opportunity theories of crime, crime reduction strategies, and policing models.
Dr. Kaya also pursues her interest in intersections of myths and folktales on the creation of different cultures in Turkish Literature and Language at the University of Anatolia online.
Magdalena Mosanya holds MSc in Applied Psychology, MA in Cultural Anthropology, and BSc in International Relations with Business. She is a Doctorate Candidate at the Institute of Psychology of the Polish Academy of Sciences and a member of the Polish Association of EMDR Psychotherapists. Magdalena achieved an Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (UK). Magdalena has been working in the multicultural environment of the United Arab Emirates for 14 years. She teaches at various higher education institutions across the United Arab Emirates, covering areas of Introduction to Psychological Science, Cultural Psychology, Counselling and Psychological Therapies, Business Psychology, Cognitive Psychology and Individual Differences. Her research interests include women empowerment, exercise psychology, cross-cultural communication and the well-being of multicultural individuals, where she applies her combined expertise in psychology and cultural anthropology.
Olga Khokhlova holds a MSc in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical and Education Psychology from Bielefeld University (Germany) and a five-year Diploma in Clinical Psychology from Lomonosov Moscow State University (Russia). Currently, she is working on her PhD project at the University of Suffolk (UK), researching perceptions of marital rape across different cultures.
She is an Adjunct Lecturer in Psychology at Murdoch University Dubai and Middlesex University Dubai. She is actively involved in research being a Research Associate at Social Psychology Research Lab at Middlesex University Dubai.
Her teaching interests include Research Methods, Intimate Relationships, Counselling, Domestic Violence, Biases and Mental Health. Olga's primary research interests include the victimization of vulnerable populations and what are the factors contributing to greater victim-blaming and justification of the perpetrator.
Apart from that, Olga has finished several therapeutic trainings, such as training in Gestalt Psychotherapy, Object Relations Theory and Practice Training for Couples and Families, and Transference Focused Psychotherapy.

She also provided orientation, mentorship and support to junior staff, developing their knowledge of policing strategies. Identifying their learning needs and preferences and tailoring the delivery of such development. Prior to leading her team, she was identifying patterns and trends; in criminal behaviour/movement/organisational structure, vulnerability and triggers for re offending. Generating intelligence and inferences to predict crime locations and hotspots, directing police officers and operations, including converting intelligence lead operations into evidential exhibits for court.

Sudha Chandran is an adjunct faculty for Strategic Communications in the undergraduate program at Murdoch University Dubai. A versatile and skilled communications professional, Sudha has almost two decades of experience in the media and communications sector in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), spanning desktop publishing, journalism, public relations and corporate communications.
During this time, she has worked with several public and private sector organizations to develop and implement creative and effective communication strategies for them.
With her vast experience, Sudha also serves as a mentor to industry award winning student teams. Her students have been recruited by leading regional and global PR firms.
Sudha holds an MPhil degree from the University of Hyderabad, India, in addition to an MA (English) and a Bachelors in Journalism from Punjab University, India.
Teneille Saayman (AFHEA) is a Senior Lecturer and an Associate Fellowship holder from the Higher Education Academy (HEA), UK and holds a MA in Marketing Communications and BA in Media, Advertising and PR from Middlesex University. She is also a certified Adult Mental Health First Aid provider (MFAiders).
With 10+ years of Teaching Experience in Higher Education Institutions across the United Arab Emirates, Teneille specializes in Film, Advanced Media Production, Strategic Marketing, Digital Design, Social Media, Critical Web Literacy, Media Laws and Ethics.
She has also worked as a Producer for the UAE's first ever science-fiction feature-length film and is subsequently considered one of the few pioneering Genre Filmmakers in the MENA Region. She is a Marketeer and Filmmaker with a passion for technology and research, with over 12+ years of cumulative experience in Branding, Marketing, Social Media, Content Production, and PR Management in the UAE.
Dimo Valev holds an MA in Graphic Design from the National Academy of Arts, Sofia, Bulgaria, and qualifications as an art and design teacher. He is a member of the Union of Bulgarian Artists, section Graphic Design.
Dimo has taught at the undergraduate level in several international universities in Dubai for over a decade, including Murdoch University Dubai, Middlesex University, Amity University and Manipal University. He teaching portfolio covers a variety of subjects related to Graphic Design and Advertising, but also the industry-standard Adobe CC software applications. His research interests include Graphic Design, Branding, Environmental Graphics and Wayfinding.

Rachel has a BA in Secondary Education - French & English Language - from Michigan State University in the United States. She is also a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification holder. She has been teaching professionally since 2014 with experience from primary education to higher education in subjects of French language, English as a Foreign Language, IELTS training, English for Academic skills, and curriculum development. She is pursuing her Master of Education in Global Education in January of 2023.
At Murdoch, Rachel is a lecturer for the Foundation's program. She works with incoming students by helping them build a foundation of writing skills for their furthered academic journey.
Other than a TEFL certification, Rachel is also a trained OET (Occupational English Test) practitioner, and she holds a TESOL for online English teaching. She also has experience helping language institutions with accreditation with her curriculum management background.

Ataullah is the Executive Principal at the International School of Creative Science in Dubai, and has recently joined Murdoch University as an Adjunct Lecturer. Ataullah has been a Senior Leader in schools for 9 years, including being a Head Teacher in the United Kingdom. Ataullah has led ISCS through multiple inspections, including the most recent 2019 KHDA inspection where the school was rated Good with Very Good and Outstanding features. In the same year, the school achieved Good with Outstanding ratings from the British Schools Overseas, registering the school as an International British school with the Department for Education, UK.
Prior to working as a Head Teacher, Mr. Ataullah has worked within the strategic education departments of multiple local authorities in the UK, as a board member of the Association of Muslim Schools UK, and as a Policy Manager for Ofqual; advising the UK government on vocational and GCSE qualification reforms.
Mr. Ataullah completed his National Professional Qualification for Head Teachers in 2017, and his National Professional Qualification for Executive Leaders in 2021. He has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and a Masters in Leadership and Management. Ataullah teaches the social sciences and is passionate about liberal arts education.
